Neues Bibliothekssystem Alma
Im August 2023 findet der Umstieg auf das neue Bibliotheksmanagementsystem Alma statt, folgende Benutzungseinschränkungen sind rund um den Umstieg zu erwarten:
Schließung der elektronischen Ausleihverbuchung
fehlende Quittung bei Rückgabe
Abschalten der Vormerkfunktion
Aussetzung der Leihfristen (Rückgabe erst im September notwendig)
in der ULB: Keine Neuanmeldungen/Verlängerungen
Schließung von ULB/MNL (wahrscheinlich nur 3.8.-13.8.)
Abschaltung der passiven Fernleihe sogar vom 5.6. bis 13.8.
Sollte der Verbuchungsbetrieb der Ausleihe bei uns in der Fachbibliothek abgeschaltet werden, können Sie in diesem Moment grundsätzlich *keine* Bücher ausleihen oder den Bestand online recherchieren. Achten Sie daher darauf, dass Sie alle Medien, die Sie benötigen und ausleihen wollen, bereits
ausgeliehen haben. Die Bibliothek bleibt weiterhin von 8.30 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr für Sie geöffnet.
We have been informed that there will be in particular
from mid-June to the end of August (the exact period is still to be determined, currently 19.06.-31.08.) the server services may be switched off. This means that the following restrictions may occur during this period:
shutdown of the electronic loan booking system no receipts for book return
disabling of the prebooking function
suspension of loan periods (return not necessary until September)
for the ULB: no new registrations/renewals of your ID cards
closure of ULB/MNL buildings (probably only 3.8.-13.8.)
shutdown of the passive interlibrary loan ("Fernleihe"): 5.6.-13.8.23
In case the lending service is switched off in our library, you will *not* be able to borrow books or search the holdings online at that time.
Therefore, please make sure that you have got all the media/books you need and want to borrow for the exam period at the end of the semester
